Services

Sky Visions Professional Drone Service ("SVDrones," "we," "our") provides professional aerial photography, videography, and related drone services. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking date and time.
• Final payment is due upon delivery of completed work unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather Policy

Drone flights are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe for flying (high winds, rain, low visibility), we will reschedule at no additional charge. Safety is always our top priority.

FAA Compliance

All flights are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. Our pilots hold current FAA Remote Pilot Certificates. We maintain $1 million in liability insurance coverage for all operations.

Deliverables & Usage Rights

• Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered photos and videos for their stated purpose.
• Standard delivery is 48-72 hours for photos and 5-7 business days for edited video.
• Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
• SVDrones retains the right to use project footage for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

SVDrones' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Force majeure events (weather, airspace restrictions, equipment failure) may affect service delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Sky Visions Professional Drone Service and is protected by copyright law.
